to fulfill a legal obligation, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO serves as
the legal basis for data processing.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO may
also be used as a legal basis for data processing if the processing of
your personal data is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of
our company or a third party and your interests, fundamental rights and
freedoms do not require the protection of personal data.

legal basis on which we base the processing of your personal data.
3. Analysis program
The anonymized data are evaluated and analyzed by e-tracker (www.etracker.com),
an analysis program. e-tracker GmbH is located at: Erste Brunnenstraße

We
use e-tracker’s offers to evaluate and analyze usage processes of our
website. The provider summarizes these analysis data for us and assigns
meaningful categories to the data. The analysis data are stored and
evaluated on servers located in Germany. Your data will not be sent
abroad.

also in favour of better traceability for our customers. The legal basis

This
website uses the map service Google Maps via API to display maps and
create itineraries. This service is provided by Google LLC, Amphitheatre
