The Fletcher - Suit Delclos applicator
is the most commonly used cervix applicator worldwide.
The applicator is provided with stainless steel ovoids
2.0 cm in diameter and 3.0 cm high, with an angle of
15 degree and tungsten shielding to provide rectal and
bladder protection, as originally designed by Drs. Fletcher
and Suit.

The Delclos Mini - Ovoid Set Afterloading
Applicator is designed for the treatment of cervical
cancer in patients with narrow vaults. The vaginal sources
are placed perpendicular to the vaginal axis. The ovoids
are 1.3 cm in diameter and 3.0 high, angulation of 15
degree and constructed of stainless steel. Three sets
of shielded ovoid caps, 2.0 cm, 2.5 cm and 3.0 cm diameters
are included in the set.

The Delclos Uterine
/ Vaginal Afterloading Applicator is primarily used for
the irradiation of tumors extending downwards along the
vaginal vault from the cervix. The "Dome Assembly"
is used in patients where a hysterectomy was performed.
The Dome Assembly can be linked to the different diameters
of vaginal cylinders providing good surface contact throughout
the vagina for uniform dose distribution.
CAUTION: Gas Sterilization (ETO)
only!
